CNC MILLING AND TURNING
Our capabilities include 3 and 5 axis cutting equipment that can machine soft and hard alloys. With a variety of milling and turning centers in-house, we are uniquely set up to carry your project from drawing to completion.
ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINING
We feature both RAM EDM and WIRE EDM to maximize our machining capabilities. Wire EDM machines uses a metallic wire (electrode) to cut a programmed contour in a work piece. Extrusion dies and blanking punches are very often machined by wire cutting. The wire can be inclined, thus making it possible to make parts with taper or with different profiles at the top and bottom.
QUALITY DEPARTMENT
Our comprehensive Quality Department has all the tools necessary to inspect your parts upon completion and ensure adherence to any provided print. Our dedicated quality control inspectors have been customer approved and LCS certified to enables us to provide a consistent product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements. Our Quality system is certified to ISO:9001 and AS9100.
